Our Business Registration Process
The Business Registration process we carry out is designed to be clear, efficient, and hassle-free for you. Our process is:
1 - Initial Consultation and Evaluation
We start with a meeting or call where we listen to your ideas and goals. We analyze the type of business you want to create and guide you on which legal structure (LLC, Corporation, DBA, etc.) best suits your needs, considering factors such as legal protection, taxes, and growth projection.
- LLC (Limited Liability Company / Compañía de Responsabilidad Limitada)
- Corporation (Corporación)
- DBA (Doing Business As / Operando Como)
2 - Business Name Selection and Verification
We help you choose an appropriate name and verify its availability in the state registry. We also make sure it complies with regulations and is not already in use by another company.
3 - Document Preparation and Filing
We take care of all the required documentation, including the drafting and filing of the Articles of Incorporation or Articles of Organization, depending on the type of entity. We handle the process directly with the corresponding Secretary of State.
4 - Obtaining the EIN (Employer Identification Number)
Once the company is registered, we request the Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the IRS, which is essential for opening bank accounts, hiring employees, and filing taxes.
5 - Licensing and Permit Guidance
Depending on the type of activity you will perform, we guide you on the local, state, or city permits you need to operate legally, including LLC licenses if applicable.
6 - Document Delivery and Final Guidance
We provide you with all your company’s official documents along with a personalized guide on the next steps: how to keep your registration active, file annual reports, and stay current with your tax obligations.
